Our Journey

I have initially planned to work by myself because I was the only person in my class who decided to do rom-com genre. I have planned to create a film where there would be a central protagonist who would be the outsider in school.
The mean girl who would be my antagonist. She will make fun of the girl and ends up embarrassing her infant of the whole school when my central protagonist gets in a really bad position she wakes up and all the embarrassment which she has faced before turned to be her dream. After pitching my idea I looked thought the other genres which were presented by the other students and ended up working with Riona Drangsfeldt which has a genre Drama, Music. We shared our ideas in more detail and blended two ideas creating a new concept for the movie. We came up with an idea calling the movie TBH which stands for "To Be Honest"

We have then planned everything including, schedule, actors, storyboard, etc. We filmed everything in November but we understood after adding all the bits and pieces together that the footage was shaky, there were quite a lot jump cuts as well as the opening was too long, overall it was about 6 minutes long. So we decided to change the idea once again.
These are the samples of the fist draft. We originally had three girls and two boys: one mean girl, one geeky girl, tomboy, popular boy and his best friend.

Since the film opening was too long and we would have to reshoot somethings we decided to have one mean girl, two of her best friend, geeky girl who is our central protagonist, the popular boy and the new boy who is the potential popular boy in school.

We have now created film opening with a  length of 3 minute.
